Felt very comfortable with Aaron, polite and courteous. Very professional and honest.

Worst

Technician installed units. One of them was not cooling/heating. Not satisfied with follow-up customer care that was provided.

AC/Heating Replacement 4/17/2013

Gerald, a representative of the company, inspected my ten year old system and provided options for it's replacement. Once we determined a solution, they executed the plan flawlessly. They worked on time, on budget, and professionally. If have no complaints and will reccommend to my friends. more

Awesome customer service, no run arounds 11/29/2012

After my heater broke I was nervous about calling a repair service, as I have been hassled and scammed by so many that I am skeptical when calling. I called and they had a repair man at my door within 40 mins of my call. Gerald not only ran all the tests, but walked me through everything that he was doing. He didn't try and sell me on a new system or point out numerous things he "thought" might be wrong with my system. He simply told me what I NEEDED, which is what is missing from the other companies. They show up prepared and i had my heater up and running within 20 minutes of his arrival, they really come to work. The knowledge and straight forward information I received is what will make me call them time after time. Another plus is their patriotism and military discount. Thank you Campion AC for providing such honest and reliable service at lower prices than the competitors! And thank you Gerald for the information and honesty in your work, it is very much appreciated. more

great service, knowledgeable 11/17/2012

I originally sent appointment request via their website for heater check and tune-up, they called within an hour. Set the appointment, the technician was here on time, checked the heater unit, and we discussed some options for purchasing new A/C unit because mine is so old. He provided a lot of details and educated me about the units, including how they are more efficient than the one I currently have. I appreciate the knowledge and insight he had, shows me he really knows what he is doing. I have dealt with many other service companies, and it is amazing how many do not know what they're doing and why. Thank you Champion A/C and Pierre for a smooth service check. more

Entire Home Installation 10/25/2012

My wife and I had trouble finding someone to come out to our area because we live near Pleasanton. Called Champion and on a Monday and they sent a tech out the same day. We upgraded our entire home to a high quality, efficient unit. The technicians were extremely polite, and performed quality work within a timely fashion. I would recommend Champion AC to anyone who is looking for quality work at the right price. I give them an A+. Job well done Champion!!! more

All around great service 9/29/2012

Tried a big name A/C company and a couple others when we moved to San Antonio nine years ago. Were told our unit would not last another month and tried to sell us a new unit or that it needed all kinds of parts and services. Seven years later, with the original unit, we have been using C&J for years and wouldn't even consider going elsewhere. Great, prompt service and communication, including weekends and after hours. Friendly and knowledgeable technicians, explaining every step of the way. Reasonable and fair charges. They exemplify what service is all about. more

Call them before the other guys! 9/17/2012

I had another company come in and assess my A/C after the motor died on the outside unit. Didn't know at the time that there was a root cause for that and lets just say $$$ later I found out. The "Other Guys" gave me an estimate to fix the root cause (which was a leaking evaporator coil). O_o Wow!! I had to shop around and Google found me a savior. I called up Champion A/C they had someone out the same day with a free estimate and quoted me half the price of the "Other Guys" (yes you heard right, half). They installed next day early morning all I had to do was show them to the attic and they did the rest, not a peep from the installers. I even got a check-up call from Champion midway through to see how things were going. When they were done... Cool air again. Special thanks go to Gerald and Larry. Maintain that level of customer service and you will be superstars. more

DON'T BOTHER SHOPPING ELSEWHERE 9/17/2012

Champion AC changed out my complete air/heat unit during the hottest days of August 2012. They accomplished this within 2 days of my order. I had priced installations with other more highly advertised companies and they easily beat both the cost and quality of the unit. I saved a lot, and got an AC unit that was very highly rated and exceptionally efficient and quiet. Kudos to the installers Reynaldo and Frank. Part of the installation involved blowing in insulation in the attic during an afternoon when temp was 103. Very impressive! During the installation process, company supervisors visited multiple times to ensure I was satisfied with the install. All paper work for utility rebates was completed by the installers. As a military veteran, I highly recommend this veteran owned company. Outstanding workmanship and top quality people and products. Shop here first! more

Professional and prompt! 9/10/2012

Our AC went out over the Labor Day Weekend-on Saturday! 100 degrees outside! By Sunday afternoon we had a new AC installed. The unit is just right for our home. All the Champion employees were very professional and courteous and answered all our questions and concerns. I would highly recommend Champion AC. more

When my AC stopped cooling one evening I called three or four companies, even the company I had used for 7 years, and they could not come out. But then i remembered the commercial with Jennifer Broome and called Champion Air and they came right out! more

late night maintenance 9/6/2012

I called around 8:15 pm because I found standing water near my inside unit. When Pierre showed up he was smiling and friendly. After asking me a few questions he seemed to know exactly what the problem was and fixed the problem in 15 min. My family and I will sleep comfortably tonight. Thank you Champions! more

Champion responded quickly and solved our issues in a professional manner. 8/24/2012

Contact at first via email was a little sluggish; however, once Champion was engaged, they promptly scheduled a service call. They showed up on time, and had our A/C problems resolved quickly. As a courtesy, the tech also checked-out the entire system to make certian it was running smoothly. All's well! Thanks Champion A/C! more

Champion AC has courteous and extremely qualified technicians addressing customers A/C problems! 8/20/2012

This last week our A/C system (outside unit) was not working so we called Champion AC like we have done for years now. A technician by the name of Richard Grubbs received the call and came to troubleshoot. Within a few minutes Richard informed my wife that it was a capacitor that had gone bad. He quickly fixed the problem and the unit was back in operation. Richard was very professional and extremely skilled. Great Job Champion AC for keeping this customer happy once again. more

Champion AC offerd cheapest price, $6000 for 15 seer, 4 ton unit. The other companys offerd much more and never mentioned about attick duct work which we are worry about. Worker came on time and worked very hard. We are very satisfaied with you. more

Great job on my remodel! 8/13/2012

I had a system that was old and failing I contacted other companies to come out and give me a quote on designing a new system a few wouldn't even come out and others were way over priced . Champion went out of their way to make sure everything was right and they worked well with my schedule. I am enjoying my new system during this hot weather! I am a customer for life now! more
