Felt very comfortable with Aaron, polite and courteous. Very professional and honest.

Worst

Technician installed units. One of them was not cooling/heating. Not satisfied with follow-up customer care that was provided.

Gerald Miranda: Top AC Technician at Champion AC! 5/22/2013

I discovered that my air conditioner was leaking and that a drain pipe was clogged, an issue I have had for years with my unit, but which previous technicians had never offered to repair. The technician, Gerald Miranda, within seconds of seeing the unit said, "Why haven't you changed the pipe? It is placed inaccurately and I see the problem." By next morning, he had returned and fixed the situation. Mr. Miranda was respectful that this was a difficult time for my family (grand-mother coming home on hospice the following day) and he understood the urgency. He was professional, courteous, efficient, and reliable. I would recommend Champion AC, and specifically Gerald Miranda, for any work on your AC. more

A/C replacment 5/21/2013

A special Thank you to Gerald, Vic and Carlos who came and took care of us today. It shows character of a companies employees who go above and beyond. they took the last call when no one else would. Came out and put a new unit in the house so we wouldn't be two days without air conditioning. I'm sure they would of rather watched the Spurs play off but they came out and where down by 9pm... Too expensive 5/21/2013

The $19 service call was attractive. Too bad it resulted in $1600 of diagnosed problems. I sent them home. Called someone else. They charged me $250 for the very same services. Also recommended a $7000 new system instead of repairs. The second company will do the same for $2500. Skip these guys. Save $19 on the call and hundreds or thousands in repairs. RESPONSE FROM Champion AC: Hello Daisy, sorry that you were not happy with our services. We would be happy to refund any money that you are out of pocket. While most of our clients are very happy with us, we sometimes make mistakes. On this case, we quoted what we found to be wrong with your system and I saw the pictures and agreed with the technician. Prompt,courteous service 5/21/2013

My current unit was fifteen years old so I scheduled an appointment with Champion AC.My advisor Mark,promptly took a look at my unit and gave me two estimates.I usually get at least three quotes before I make a major purchase,but I was so surprised at the estimate I jumped on it.The following day Victor and Carlos installed my unit quickly and neatly without any problems.Professionlism at it's best. more

Stellar service, outstanding customer service! 5/16/2013

As an Army veteran, I typically try to do business with fellow veterans & veteran-owned business... Champion AC has never made me regret my decision to do business with them. Last night our AC unit broke & our technician Tommy personified stellar service with his friendly attitude, determination to find the problem with the unit & displayed sincere compassion and concern. Needless to say, our unit has been repaired in a timely manner & with the same stellar service and courtesy that was provided the night before! more

Champion AC the Best, Especially Gerald 5/15/2013

We heard a loud noise on Sunday night and later on my hubby smelled an electrical burn odor coming from our room where the AC is located. Also the panel lights were flashing, so he unplugged it. I called Champion (Yolanda) about 9:00 AM Monday--said a technician would arrive between 10:00-12:00. Then Yolanda phoned back about 9:30 and said someone was on the way. It was Gerald, who was very familiar with our system since he was involved in the installation about 4 years ago. He immediately diagnosed the problem that the UV light shorted out and installed a new one and even reattached the Electronic Power Supply Box on the outside where it would be safer if any future problems occurred. They also have yearly service plans that are excellent deals. We would never use any other AC company..... more

Above and beyond 5/15/2013

After our AC stopped working we called Champion AC for help. We have used their services in the past and found their service to be outstanding. This visit was no exception. Gerald Miranda came to our home, quickly diagnosed and fixed the problem and was very friendly and informative. When we had a complication the next day, Mothers Day, he took time from celebrating with his family to come back and make sure we had a well functioning AC unit. Thanks, Gerald and thanks to Champion for making customer service such a top priority. more

The only call you need to make when it comes to AC/Heater repair!!! 5/2/2013

Gerald came out to our home and diagnosed the problem with ease and quickness. Unfortunately, we needed new units both inside and outside as our old one was from the 70's. I thought it would take a few days to get everything ordered and installed...I was wrong. Chris and Jason showed up the very next morning to clear out the old units and install both the new ones in a day! Their service, knowledge and respect for my home and family was second to none. They got the job done with great clarity and speed and we were back online in just a few hours! I would recommend Champion AC to any and everyone!!! more

Awesome communication and service. 4/26/2013

My first contact was with Gerald M. who advised of the different options I had to get my unit up and running. I opt to have the whole unit replaced since the old unit was 17 years old. The following day Rey and Victor showed up replaced everything and I was back in business. Gerald M. came by the following day to inspect their work and gave them a thumbs up. Afterwards,I had the City Inspector drop by and he did the finally inspection and he advised they had done an excellent job. Over all I had excellent experience with Champion AC, would I recommend them, yes will I use them again, yes and if you are a veteran, you get a discount. All the people I dealt with from the office ladies, the installers and Gerald were very professional. more

Great Company 4/18/2013

Gerald was the salesman that came out and looked at my units. He gave me excellent advise on best solution. The price was far better than any other quote I got and the service was excellent. I highly recommend champion and Gerald was absolutely awesome. more
