Felt very comfortable with Aaron, polite and courteous. Very professional and honest.

Worst

Technician installed units. One of them was not cooling/heating. Not satisfied with follow-up customer care that was provided.

Very Pleased with Champion AC 6/10/2013

Thomas Coffey was very helpful in explaining every unit in detail willing and patient in answering all of my husbands questions,I would/have recommended him. Mr.Coffey was not pushy,he showed us the different options to best suit our home. Charles has many years experience,this showed effective when he measured our home and windows. He was great and represented champion AC to the fullest. more

Replacing my 30 year old unit 6/10/2013

Jason and Chris did an excellent job of replacing the complete system. They arrived here early (before 6:30am) and started right in on getting the old system removed and started on installing the new system. The worked very efficiently and when it was done they cleaned up everything! Jason reviewed the new system and thermostat controller in good detail. I would definitely recommend Champion to my friends. more

Very professional service technician 6/2/2013

When dealing with service calls, I have gotten accustomed to having the person come late. But this was not the case! Gerald, my service technician, was very punctual for my scheduled appointment. Came on time to the minute! He was very friendly and professional and helped trouble-shoot the issue. He even was able to continue trouble-shooting my AC issue the next morning, again coming at the time he promised. Great service, I would recommend this company to my friends! more

Installed replacement AC coil 6/1/2013

Victor & Mike replaced a defective AC coil for my Amana unit. They were early (a very good thing!) and completed the job quickly. They checked system and showed me their work. Both were professional and courteous. Great to have them install the replacement. Good company! more

We have used Champion AC for years. When our 5-ton AC unit went out, there wasn't a question who we were calling. From annual service tune-ups for 8 years, a 3-ton original unit replacement in 2009 and the current complete original unit replacement Champion has been our champion. With quality servicing, top-notch installation, great pricing and awesome financing; Tony and his team have been our only choice. Brad worked tirelessly to get a solution to our problem and then Alex and Josh sweated to get us back in the cool. Dont make a mistake there can only be one Champion! more

A/C Replacement 5/28/2013

We had to replace our unit due to a lightning strike. Installers Jason and Chris showed up with the new unit exactly on time, with everything they needed to complete the job. Their work was extremely professional. The site was kept clean. Champion should be proud to have the employees represent the company. A job well done. I highly recommend them! more
