I originally sent appointment request via their website for heater check and tune-up, they called within an hour. Set the appointment, the technician was here on time, checked the heater unit, and we discussed some options for purchasing new A/C unit because mine is so old. He provided a lot of details and educated me about the units, including how they are more efficient than the one I currently have. I appreciate the knowledge and insight he had, shows me he really knows what he is doing.
