When dealing with service calls, I have gotten accustomed to having the person come late. But this was not the case! Gerald, my service technician, was very punctual for my scheduled appointment. Came on time to the minute! He was very friendly and professional and helped trouble-shoot the issue. He even was able to continue trouble-shooting my AC issue the next morning, again coming at the time he promised. Great service, I would recommend this company to my friends!
