This is to state that Mr. Gerald Miranda, Senior HVAC Technician came by my home to assess the problems I was experiencing with my Lennox Heat & Air System. I must say that never before have I felt so comfortable with any home service persons because I have found experienced lack of professionalism, competence with the ones that came to service my system. This is not the case with Mr. Gerald Miranda because he listened quite attentively to my problems, and he took action to assess the problem with the system. He corrected simple problems with the AC settings and made detail recommendation to correct potentially serious problems that can damage the unit. I am a REALTOR and will definitely recommend Champion AC to all of my home owner clients. My heater went out in my 2 year old house and since Airtron was the company that installed it I called them. After about 6 hours gave me a diagnosis that didn't sit right with me since the tech had tried all possible workarounds. Looking for second opinions on the web and came across Champion AC the next day. They sent Gerald "the man" M. out and within 2 minutes he found the correct problem, bypassed it and gave my house heat. He ordered the part, came back and installed it, but ran into a problem. He stuck with it and didn't leave before he had it fixed (only took about an hour). Will ask for Gerald again. more

During a Spurs game I saw the Champion AC commercial with the Coyote and gave them a call. I had already talked to several AC/Heating companies about replacing a duct system in an older house. Mark came to our house and gave us an estimate on cost and schedule, and info on CPS rebates. We were impressed with the services they promised and decided to have them do the work. They were on time and did the work promptly and efficiently, and within the time they predicted. This was done during the early December cold snap. they had the old ducts out and the new ones in within 5 hours and so we did not have to do without heat that night. They quickly finished up the testing and cleaning the next morning. Our AC/Heating system now works much more efficiently and we are very pleased with the work they did. Champion is even taking care of the paperwork for CPS rebates! Victor and Mark were the 2 technicians that did the work. They were very considerate, polite, and patient with our concerns and questions. And they cleaned up any mess that was made. Great guys! Ask for them. We highly recommend Champion AC! more

Champion AC installed ventilation for my nail salon. I had inquired with multiple AC companies and could not find one that was knowledgeable and experienced, until I found Champions AC. Charles and Mark knew exactly what my nail salon required by code. Their professionalism and ability to meet my timeline was beyond my expectation. Champion AC completed the job in one day and had also sent out a professional carpenter to patch and paint a wall, where the ventilation was installed. We plan on a second location, in the future, and will definitely return to Champion AC for our ventilation needs. We highly recommend Champion AC for residential/commercial HVAC services. more

Champion did not check my attic; I was also informed by the professional during my energy efficient that I had no insulation. Please, do not buy into this company. In September we called Champion A/C to diagnose a problem with the a/c in a rental house. Gerald came out within a couple of hours. He laid out all our options and we chose to replace the entire system. The following day Jason and Chris came to do the job (they were on time). They did an excellent job and were very pleasant as they worked. They explained the city code compliance details, as they installed them. Great job, guys!!! As you know, the heat in South Texas is extremely challenging, especially when the A/C goes out. The whole process is beyond stressful. After several appointments with various competitors for estimates, we settled on Champion AC. There is no comparison in the service we received. Their office staff is amazing! PJ in the office assisted us with an easy pre-approval credit application and scheduling the first appointment with Mark, their "Home Comfort Advisor". He was amazing and very professional! He asked probing questions to ensure he was meeting our needs, provided various options and a fair price. The Champion AC technical installers, Jason and Chris are amazing too! My AC has broken twice in the 2 months that I have lived here and when Rene and Sean arrived they were nothing but respectful and kind and didn't try to get me to buy anything I didn't need. They were funny, and even though it was Sean's first week on the job he was phenomenal. if I could add more stars I would. :) more
