Installation 3/28/2014

Donald and Derek spent quite a bit of time at my home today installing a new unit; and just in time, too. They were very respectful, knowledgable, professional in their jobs and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Donald and Derek. Job well done! If ever I am asked, I will definitely refer Air Genie. From my very first phone call, I was never made to feel like I was a bother. Everyone from Cathy to Wayne to Donald and Derek were very helpful in seeing me through this newest issue I had to deal with. And many thanks to Gary. spring service call 3/13/2014

steve s. apparently did a thorough check and seemed very confident. I advised him that a haven't run into an a/c company that always has advice that I need this or that which will cost me hundreds of dollars. I was amazed that the uv light cost me around $900 when you installed it a while ago, and today he said the lamp was worn out. I declined to renew the service agreement. I plan to have Conditioned Air give me a second opinion on the overall needs for this equipment at this time. more

semi-annual a/c check-up 2/4/2014

This company does a great job of notifying me when it is time for the check-up and cleaning. I don't have to remind them it is time for them to come out. Everyone is warm and friendly. Wayne came out to do the actual work and was friendly, jovial and very professional. He made recommendations to me but there was no hard sell at all. I hate service people who try to sell everything and wonder if it is needed at all. I don't get that feeling at all with the Air Genie people. Wayne obviously knew his job and went about it professionally. I don't worry about my a/c units because they take care of them for me. more

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! I had one of their most experienced guys come out to my house, and he tried telling me that I needed an entirely new AC unit - which would have cost me almost $9,000. When I called for a second opinion, another company came out and found that they had shut off my outside unit and that all I needed was a $400 switch. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! -Wayne more
