New A/C unit installed 8/17/2015

Excellent Service. My new a/c unit was installed by Eduardo and Angel. They were on time, did a great job and were also very knowledgeable and friendly. I can only recommend their work and will call them for the next job again. more

First Service 8/15/2015

Barry was clean professional and Educated,. He service he whole air unit Inside and out, took Pics of the existing unit and made recommendations. No Pressure with options for the future. He spent over 2 hours on this service call, and then gave a 1 year 2 time service agreement that could not be beat. I am thankful and would recommend Barry and his company for anyone looking for a new service tech for their air system more

A/C System Service 8/9/2015

Marshall was a complete professional who was knowledgeable and personable. Our A/C was serviced and is running great. Marshall explained the system's deficiencies and offered options to correct them without any high pressure sales tactics. We look forward to having Marshall come back to service the system and assist us with upgrades in the future. Marshall was even great with our excited pets. more

Six Month Service 7/21/2015

Service Tech. Barry Hazen was on time, very polite, clean (wore booties in the house), and extremely knowledgeable, and very good at explaining what he was doing and why. Rather than just check to see if everything was working (which it was)....he took most everything apart and checked all the parts. I found him to be very thorough. I have two Air Conditioners so he had to work on four separate pieces of equipment. He is an exceptional Service Technician. I signed up two more service visits for next year. more

Terrible 5/31/2015

Worst service ever! Called at 10 am and they told me they would have someone out in the afternoon to check my a/c After calling repeatedly all day to get an update on an estimated arrival time, they couldn't tell me anything. I just got a call at 8:49 pm telling me they are on the way. Needless to say, I cancelled and called a professional. Don't bother calling this half baked wanna be company! more

We were the last appt of the day and Darren took time to explain and diagram everything so we clearly understood our options. It is never fun doing major overhauls to a duct system but it helps when your ac company makes you comfortable. With a substantial investment like this, Darren's suggestions made perfect sense based on the history of or systems. We look forward to a long relationship with Bruno Air and their knowledgeable staff. more

AC Systems Check & Tune Up 1/28/2015

Bruno's serviceman, Marshall, was prompt, courteous and explained all aspects of the service to be performed. His professional ability was apparent in all that he did. I was very pleased with the care & quality of work. I would definitely recommend Bruno AC. more
