on time, and great deal for service provided. The inspection was thorough so we know exactly where we stand with our a/c unit -- both the good and not so good news...we appreciate the honesty. more

We purchased two new Trane Units in June. The 4 ton variable speed unit never worked properly from the day it was installed. Finally Lee Dutton came to the rescue and fixed the variable speed unit. The problem was the second speed was never activated until Lee fixed the problem. Also had Lee check the 11/2 ton unit to make sure everything was right which it was.Bruno Air should be very proud to have an employee like Lee. He knows the equipment well,is very pleasant,punctual,and cares about the customers he services. more

We had a new system and we thought someone would call and check on how we liked it ..we also did not get a receipt and called to get one and we're sent a brochure. One month late on servicing our unit. more

Genuine guys 11/9/2015

Josh was excellent. He adjusted all of my vents in my home. He helped my wife carry in the groceries and he even added something to the United to seal up a leak. Genuine good hearted level headed technician. Thank you JoshB more

I have met many contractors over the years. I felt very comfortable and he showed his concerns through his thoroughness. This guy was awesome and made my other contractors look very unprofessional... Well if your comparing apples to apples... Josh by far, is the most courteous, professional, contractor ive ever had service anything at my home. more

Bruno Air sent Marshall out today to assess our unit and do basic maintenance. He was polite, professional, and efficient, yet gracious enough to stop and answer many questions for me and thoroughly explain our needs and different options. I am pleased that we chose Bruno for our AC service contract, and I will be requesting Marshall as our technician as needed in the future. more

The installers did a great job. I was quoted a 16 SEER Rated system, but when I checked the rating with Trane, it was less then 16. I give credit to Bruno for changing the outdoor unit to give us a system rated 16+. I don't know if there is an industry +/- range that is considered a 16 SEER, but from my perspective, paying the premium for a 16 SEER system should result in the installation of a 16 SEER system or above. Other than that discrepancy, service was great. more

I Bruno air is ways the best. This time they sent out Josh B for my maintenance He was excellent and very informative. I'm glad to know I have a company I can trust and people I can trust taking care of my AC... Now if they would just take care of the rest of my house more

AC Maintenance Call 10/23/2015

I took advantage of Bruno's radio special for a $29.95 AC tune up. I was a little nervous that they would try to give me a hard sell for lots of needed repairs but that was not the case. Juan was very friendly and did a thorough inspection of my system. He then pointed out several things that did need attention and told me what the cost would be to take care of each one, but there was no pressure to have anything done. I would not hesitate to call Bruno again. more

I was Happy as he called 1/2 hour for me to be at the site like I asked the first time and as not done so could not be there and was not happy,. he was really nice and explained it all to me in detail so I hope that he gets the pat on the back that he deserves more
