A/C unit 9/29/2015

Marshall and Brandon were on time and very professional. They explained everything to me. I was very impressed with their customer service as well as Rebecca's. Keep company's like this alive. I love good customer service and am willing to pay for it. I will definitely refer them to neighbors. more

RIPP OFF ALERT 9/29/2015

We found this company we thought they were honest. Boy were we wrong. They tried to scare us into buying a new unit for over $11K because our current unit was infected with mold. we called an honest company who did a normal maintenance call and our system is fine. No mold and no problems. Bruno lied to us and tried to ripp us off. From what I have read on BBB, they have a habit of this. Don't ever use this company. more

All that I can say is that my experience with Richard from Bruno Air was awesome. He took the time to explain everything that he was doing and why it was necessary for it to make my AC unit operate at its optimum capacity. He did maintenance that was never performed on the unit by other AC companies and the cleanliness and professionalism that he put forward has made me a loyal customer. I'm very happy and feel secure with Bruno Air and Richard. more

Juan was very professional and personable during his visit he Juan showed me every aspect of my A/C Juan would talk me through each step.I developed a real trust in Juan.I at the end of day decided to purchase annual cleaning and inspection along with recommended equipment replacement and motor cleaning today.I would trust Juan in my home and his judgement. Best service and cleaning ever! 8/25/2015

I got way morethN I expected from a 29.95 radio special!! I can say with confidence Josh and Bruno air are real honest and total package inside and out! I have friends in the industry and haven't always been taken care of by them. Most of the time my friend would come at his convenience if ever when my AC had a problem... And I would get some friendly lazy service from a friend and I thought he would make a deal for a friend, but most of the time I would get some bs story about this or that and things would never improve just stay same or get worse... No more of this wasting friends time. From now on I'm going to call josh Bostwick for all my AC cleaning and maintenance and service calls!! If you have a friend in the industry and you haven't been well taken care of by that friend... Then now is the time you call Bruno AC and ask for josh, so you can feel at peace and confident your unit is being taken care of by a caring honest,hard working, skilled, licensed, educated Bruno all star tech. Thanks Josh And keep up the good work Bruno!! more
