This company does a great job of notifying me when it is time for the check-up and cleaning. I don't have to remind them it is time for them to come out. Everyone is warm and friendly. Wayne came out to do the actual work and was friendly, jovial and very professional. He made recommendations to me but there was no hard sell at all. I hate service people who try to sell everything and wonder if it is needed at all. I don't get that feeling at all with the Air Genie people. Wayne obviously knew his job and went about it professionally. I don't worry about my a/c units because they take care of them for me.
