Great Service from Donald 8/5/2013

After our first service call by Donald, when it was time for our routine maintenance call, we specifically asked for Donald. He is one of the most cheerful and friendly reps we've ever had in our home. He definitely loves his job and customers and he is a tremendous asset to Air Genie. He is honest and trustworthy and wants to keep customers coming back to Air Genie. I will recommend him and Air Genie to anyone asking for an air conditioning contractor. Donald provides exceptional customer service to Air Genie customers. more

Stunning service. 90 minute tune up worked wonders for my system. Got a list of what to look out for. The tech even wore booties in the house! Owner called me after service to make sure I was satisfied. All in all a very pleasant experience. I recommend Air Genie. more

A/C Tech 7/31/2013

Jesus was wonderful. He did such a thorough job with the A/C unit. Explained everything. I would highly recommend him to anyone. We are do for our 6 month maintenance that is scheduled for next week, and I will be calling the office to make sure he is the tech that returns to do the maintenance check for us. more

I love this company! The Air Genie has been taking care of our AC needs for some time now and I can't say enough about their professional service and staff! The last time we needed service other than our regular maintenance, Don was sent out within an hour of our call. He had us back up and running in no time! Can't say enough!! more

Amazing Customer Service 6/30/2013

I am amazed by the customer service Air Genie offers. I work for a vacation rental company that oversees over 150 properties. We had an extremely lucrative booking in one of our luxury homes for a week and their A/C went out on a late Saturday afternoon I was required by the owner to call the company he had previously used. They came out and told me it would be Tuesday or Wednesday before they could get the part and have it fixed. I told him I had to have it done sooner or I would lose the booking. He told me that no one in town could get me the part I needed and fix it sooner. I myself personally have worked with Air Genie before so I knew who to call and sure enough Gene was able to get the part and get the job done. Talk about efficient, fast and very reliable!!!! I did not have to move the booking and I looked like a hero to the tenants and my broker thanks to Air Genie! more

Chad P. fixed all the problems in my AC unit that were caused by my former AC company's neglect or dishonesty. The cost was reasonable. Chad went above and beyond what most AC techs would do in order to correct all the problems and save us money in the long run. more

Brad's services 4/20/2013

Brad provided excellent service and did what was expected of the service call. Helpful and knowledgable. As for the recommendations and cost of same seems quite expensive for add ons and upgrade repairs of possibly a part starting to malfunction. Way more than outright purchasing a whole new system. more

a/c tuneup 4/18/2013

We had our a/c looked at today and Chad from Air Genie came exactly as he was scheduled. Calling 30 min before just to verify that everything was still okay. When he got he he went straight to work. All the companies that I had come out previously where her and gone quickly. Chad spent close to 2 hours making sure that I understood everything he was doing. He pointed out issues with our a/c. I will be using his company to get these resolved. Thanks more

I was alerted to Air Conditioning through a radio add. The company scheduled and appointment in a timely and efficient manner . The service provider was a young man named Chad. He was very curteous and knowledgeable. I was very happy with the service he provided. If he is an example of the type of employee this company employs I would highly recommend them to anyone . more

Maintenance visit 3/23/2013

Most accomodating company I have ever dealt with - no challenge stops them. I was especially pleased with the professionalism of the two technicians and in particular Nick Coraci.
