Donald and Derek spent quite a bit of time at my home today installing a new unit; and just in time, too. They were very respectful, knowledgable, professional in their jobs and cleaned up after themselves. Thank you Donald and Derek. Job well done! If ever I am asked, I will definitely refer Air Genie. From my very first phone call, I was never made to feel like I was a bother. Everyone from Cathy to Wayne to Donald and Derek were very helpful in seeing me through this newest issue I had to deal with. And many thanks to Gary.
