Maintenance Service 4/27/2018

As usual, John Mills, provided comprehensive and competent maintenance service. He us so thorough and asked if we had any concerns before he began his inspection. At completion he went over the results of his findings with us and gave us a full written report. When the appointment was scheduled the woman who called was efficient, but also cheery and helpful. She gave a call to let us know the service person would be at our house within the hour. One could not have better service than that provided to us by W.E. Brown personnel. We are so pleased we have the maintenance contract. n more

Semi-annual service call 4/19/2018

Helpful and polite 4/18/2018

Kerry is a fine young man who is proactive in being courteous and informative and helpful. He explained the process of getting a free estimate by sending photos back to the office as well as performing an air conditioning check up and explaining that to me, too. Erin called ahead to let me know Kerry was on his way. She was polite and patient. more

The three service techs were professional, well spoken and knew what to do with 8 separate AC units. When finished they came to me to explain what they had done and the issues we have with 3 of our units. I would highly recommend W. E. Brown Inc. to anyone needing HVAC services. more

Dale is a real pro, offering efficient and knowledgeable service, but also so helpful in answering questions and explaining the systems in my home and what may be my future needs. A+. Erin is also excellent, as her interactions with clients could not be better. I always am left smiling after even the most brief conversation with her, and she is so good at responding to requests. I first worked with Michael on the Kitchen Remodel two years ago at Temple Beth Israel. He was very easy to work with, a real collaborator with creative instinct for problem solving. His work was steady and accurate throughout. Since then I have requested Michael on other remodeling projects because of his open mind and creative approach to problems. Plumbing service 4/2/2018

Kenny Geer installed a replacement Kohler team generator for our home and did an excellent and timely job. He made suggestions such as adding an inline water filter and a drip pan with sensor, which were also accomplished. Highly recommend! more

Took on the Challenge of an Older Home 3/28/2018

Great work, went the extra mile to find workable solutions for an older, quirky house. Despite ours being a big project (replumbing all hot and cold water lines) they did it with a minimum of disruption and inconvenience. The finished job is much better than the original ever was! more

Minor Leak 3/19/2018

Hi. WE Brown's service prompt and professional. Plumber arrived timely, and dispatch person kept us informed. Work was done in 30 minutes. I have used WE Brown several times over the past year and have had no issues with repairs they have done. Only concern is that fixed rate pricing results in a relatively high charge for simple repair. Fixing a faucet with parts that cost a few dollars and 30 minutes labor resulted in a $150 bill. When asked about low water pressure in a shower faucet, the plumber estimated $650-800 to replace the faucet. Overall conclusion, use WE Brown with caution, and consider DIY or other labor + materials based repairmen before going to them. more
