We've always been totally satisfied with any service received from the W. E. Brown staff members. Through the years they've installed a generator with new natural gas lines and upgraded electrical panel, hot water tank, new HVAC system and electrical work when we needed to buy a new dryer. All technicians have been completely efficient, competent and friendly. Anticipating the great quality will continue, we have no plans to ever go to another company for any of our plumbing, electrical, heating and cooling needs. We're so completely satisfied that we never worry about getting other estimates for larger jobs because we believe quality trumps price and we've never felt that they have overcharged for any job. We've had them tell us that only a repair is needed when we thought we needed to replace a system, but they are upfront when they think a repair only prolongs the inevitable and adds to our cost when an aging system is causing problems. more

Great service on a Saturday Afternoon! 1/22/2018

Woke up Saturday to neither toilet or shower working. Called Roto-rooter who said they would not be out to my house in Palmyra until at least 3 probably closer to 5 and that it would be $300 just for having them come out on a Saturday afternoon. Daniel was out and had the problem fixed before 3 and since we are gold members with W E Brown was charged the regular rate. We will not be calling anyone else for any other issues we have. Not just a great HVAC company! more

Amazing service 1/17/2018

We had a difficult issue with our drain from the washing machine for 3 years and Kenny was able to diagnose and solve it immediately. I would highly recommend we brown and particularly Kenny for solving problems ! more

John M arrived promptly at 7:30 a.m., was highly professional, efficient and courteous. He answered my questions and explained how my old radiator heating system works. He provided suggestions for me to solve issues with my radiators. I would recommend him to others. more

Emergency service call 10 pm Wednesday 12/26/2017 12/27/2017

Matt drove over 40 miles to my home at Wintergreen. It was 20 degrees and he restored my heat. In my business I employ many service techs that service the apartments that I manage. Matt is extremely knowledgeable and not only fixed the problem with my furnace he did a complete check and found some additional weaknesses that would cause me a problem in the near future. Matt's knowledge and customer service is first class. more

My experience with W. E. Brown was nothing but positive. Kenny was very thorough in his troubleshooting and informing me every step of the way what he was looking at and doing. The quote was affordable, Kenny and his assistant were professional, and the work was done thoroughly and quickly. I will certainly be contacting them for anymore repairs in my home. more

Recent Fall Check-up 11/21/2017

I always enjoy speaking with Erin. She is professional, communicates clearly, and has a good sense of humor which I like. It was my first visit by Kerry. He was very polite and professional and listened to any concern I might have. He "quietly" did the check-up in a reasonable amount of time. He was also training Jessica. Before he left, I appreciated his complete review of everything he checked and he took the time to thoroughly answer every question I had. He left my home as clean as when he first entered! more
