Getting the toilet fixed - right and the first time! 6/5/2018

Daniel was super-professional, neat, and explained everything he did to redo the wax seal on our cranky toilet. Did not leave any mess behind! And work is guaranteed for 1 year. Very pleased! more

Outstanding timely service from W E Brown 5/28/2018

As usual my service on 5-25-18 was outstanding! Erin called earlier to set up the appointment for midday on Friday, She called early Friday.morning saying a service tech was available in 20 minutes, if okay, Cody came, introduced himself and immediately began his checkup. He explained and answered my questions. Very professional, great customer service always with W E Brown. more

Thank you for your prompt and efficient service. Erin was most helpful and courteous in scheduling our work. Dale was here to fix our plumbing problem in less than an hour after I called for service. That record will be hard to beat! more

I find Matt to be very attentive and knowledgeable when he is seeking a potential problem I might have. I also like when he's completed his task, he gives me a thorough explanation and doesn't mind taking the time to answer every question I might have. I have no concerns when he leaves and that's a good thing! more

Repair of AC unit not working 5/16/2018

Sam as usual was prompt, thorough, "suggested" we might need a total new unit but "repaired" the problem, only to have the unit die again two days later. We are now replacing the unit a week later. We hope to have equal "good service" for the next 14 years as we did with the past. Consistency matters. more

Fast, friendly, and fair 5/16/2018

Michael and his assistant Jesse came out last Friday morning to get the electrical outlets in my 90-year-old bungalow up to code. Installed a new breaker switch and new grounded outlets, and separated everything out properly so it isn’t overloading my kitchen circuit anymore. Then, gratis, because they had to go up in my crawl space anyway, they reconnected a fallen dryer vent hose. All this in a couple hours! Couldn’t be more thrilled that I can now use my microwave, kettle, and window AC at the same time, without tripping a breaker. And they were very personable on top of it all, and the cost was reasonable. more
