As usual, John Mills, provided comprehensive and competent maintenance service. He us so thorough and asked if we had any concerns before he began his inspection. At completion he went over the results of his findings with us and gave us a full written report. When the appointment was scheduled the woman who called was efficient, but also cheery and helpful. She gave a call to let us know the service person would be at our house within the hour. One could not have better service than that provided to us by W.E. Brown personnel. We are so pleased we have the maintenance contract. n
