I rarely require the service of an electrician, but when I do I call W. E. Brown because of the excellence of their technicians and staff. Recently a puzzling issue plagued the electrical system in my family home. The electrician W.E.Brown sent out to solve the problem was relentless in his analysis and finally discovered the defect in the system, explained the two options available to me, made his recommendation, and resolved the issue. He was cordial from the outset and left me confident that all is now well. The office staff with which I worked on the occasion was professional, cordial, and efficient. more

Sump Pump Repair 11/11/2017

My tenant called me first thing to let me know that the sump pump was not working and the basement had flooded. Next I called WE Brown to see if I could get someone to handle the situation. Although they had , a lots of calls in already and weren't sure if they could get there until evening, they managed to get there by lunch time. They called me to approve the work and to let me know the cost of the repair so there were no surprises. I am very happy with their service and would happily recommend them. more

Generator Quote 11/10/2017

I was pleased on my initial research on considering purchasing a stand-by home generator. I found Michael A to be well informed on this product, what model I needed (and it wasn't the most expensive!), and where to locate it. He communicated well and answered all questions to my satisfaction. He also respected my home by being careful not to tract any leaves or other outside debris. A gas pipe line needs to be evaluated before I can get an actual quote. more
