Replaced commercial hot water heater 7/23/2018

Hannah was a treat keeping me informed of my emergency request to replace hot water heater at Ivy Road, C'ville starting at 10:15 AM Friday, 7/20. Because of her constant contact with me, Jeep, and Cody the job was completed by 2:45 pm that day! Cody was totally on it and did an excellent job.. He is my "new" go to plumber-when the job has to get done...immediately. Yes, it did cost me, but it could have been worse. The key was I had happy Commercial tenants!! more

Superb Professional Service In All Respects 7/18/2018

We contacted W. E. Brown due to their stellar reputation and that they service Carrier HVAC units. This is our new home completed in March 2017 that we began experiencing cooling issues with last week. Matt was very professional, friendly and knew his stuff. He encountered a number of issues which could have been traced back to the original system installation. He resolved our probelm, added a safety device and recommended a few preventative steps. We were so impressed by Matt and Jennifer that we signed up for their maintenance program! I strongly recommend W. E. Brown! more

Not satisfactory 7/16/2018

J was here in a.m. for a routine check of the heating/AC. It took longer than usual. He replaced some contacts ($174). I went to Charlottesville & when I got there I called home. J was still there. When I returned the AC was not running. He had to come back. Did not deal w/ Erin. Pam Duff more

We have been customers of W.E. Brown for many years. In fact, we purchased and they installed our latest HVAC system. We have a yearly maintenance contract with them. Almost always we have been satisfied with the servicemen they send. After one less than satisfactory experience, W.E. Brown sent Sam Walker who made everything right. We intend to ask for him for all future service. more

Matt did an excellent job investigating our problem, fixing it for the moment, and setting us up for a major renovation. It was a pleasure to meet and talk with him.
