Technician review W. E. Brown 10/7/2018

We called w.e.brown to request a technician because our a.c. Had failed. Jennifer immediately told us that she would arrange a technician for us ASAP. She was most courteous and helpful. We called at 07:15 and Kerry the technician was here before 09:00. Kerry Flowers is perhaps the most courteous service technician we have ever worked with. He is professional and most capable. He had helped us last May with our previous unit. Kerry assured us he’d would have it repaired by the end of the day. He returned later that afternoon and repaired it as promised. He also assured us that since our unit was only five months old and under warranty he will stick with us until we are sure all repairs that may be necessary would be taken care of . He will return in 4-6 weeks to again fully inspect the unit. We are most pleased with the service rendered by Jennifer and Kerry. They are excellent representatives of your company. more

Electrical followup 10/1/2018

I would like to thank Jerry Kid and Rusty for a job well done! Jerry was extremely kind and patient with my 88 year-old mother. In my absence, the job was done expeditiously and without issues. Srurvival of an old a/c unit. 9/25/2018

My a/c unit is ten years old, and with good care, it might last another five years. Today, Brown did a repair that required some adaptation. I hope I’m set to go full term with this present system. I am pleased with how they let me know when they would be here and also included a photo of their serviceman in the memo. It’s a nice touch and I knew who to look for when he arrived. Excellent service. more

Great Service as Always! 9/19/2018

Erin is always fun and a pleasure to talk to. When I say "hello" on the phone, I think she even recognizes my voice! And I know she'll take care of scheduling or connecting me to whatever service I need. Michael came out for a complimentary electrical check. He thoroughly examined everywhere and explained all his findings in terms I could understand. He explained what might need immediate attention and what might not and still be safe. I greatly appreciated his candidness. I also had a problem with a ceiling fan switch and he fixed that too. I found him to be most helpful and easy to talk to. more
