I have used WE Brown several times over the past year and have had no issues with repairs they have done. Only concern is that fixed rate pricing results in a relatively high charge for simple repair. Fixing a faucet with parts that cost a few dollars and 30 minutes labor resulted in a $150 bill. When asked about low water pressure in a shower faucet, the plumber estimated $650-800 to replace the faucet. Overall conclusion, use WE Brown with caution, and consider DIY or other labor + materials based repairmen before going to them.
