Service on phone/internet connection.Michael very efficiently repaired wiring that Century Link recommended total replacement of box. He solved all problems with cleaning up wire connections most economically. Very grateful more

True Lifesavers 9/3/2018

W.E. Brown had done prior work for us back in june 2018. They did a great job, & had excellent rates. On the 28th of August this month a tragedy hit our family in the early morning hrs. We had to have air conditioning , we new family would be coming in. That afternoon someone was there from W.E. Brown & fixed our problem. We will be forever grateful to this company. more

The technician arrived earlier than expected, which we appreciated. He was quiet and thorough. We have a service contract with W.E. Brown, and this was one of our two yearly visits. I especially appreciate that he checked out water heater and washed the filter. I had not thought to ask about that. more

Persistence and Service 8/16/2018

Thanks to them, we have our emergency generator back three month after a lightning strike. Michael started as scheduled at 0730 and Dominion disconnected the power. With help from Justin, the new ATS was expertly installed by about 1500 hours. Although it was inspected and approved at that time, Dominion have yet to appear 2200 hours). Refusing to leave us without power (including for the well), Michael made the connection at our request. Now the more than $30,000 worth of idle equipment is doing its work providing light, water and power to close our overhead door for the night. In the lead-up to today's work, Jennifer provided and unfailing point of contact, explaining any delays, answering our questions, and alerting us to the whereabouts and arrival of the techs. We have dealt with W.E. Brown for over twenty years and have no hesitancy in recommending Michael,Jennifer and Justin. Nat and Marge more

Excellent Service 8/15/2018

First of all I am always glad to talk to Jennifer because she's pleasant and fun and I know she will take care of me. I enjoy talking to Daniel and observing him because it's like watching a successful surgeon operate. It's the manner in which he evaluates the situation, deduces what the problem actually is, and successfully solves the problem. He also will take the time to explain everything to me and I appreciate that. more
