I just had a great experience with Dustin Heffington , a plumber from Bonney Plumbing - Sacramento. I clogged my kitchen sink and live in a 1926 house in which many things, including the kitchen sink, have been relocated, modified etc. Beside providing the top drawer customer service for which Bonney is well known, Dustin was informative, answering all my questions...and there were several...and demonstrating a good working knowledge of older homes and their "quirks". He told me he likes to work on older homes. He gave me several options and quote of the possible cost. As it turned out, the job was greatly simplified by the presence of an outdoor clean-out (where the kitchen sink was originally) that I didn't know was there, and the job ended up costing about a third of the original estimate...a happy outcome for both of us. I will ask for Dustin by name the next time I need plumbing work done.
