HVAC Technician Brittany Britland showed up at my house to perform an inspection on my system as part of my BAM membership with Bonney. I am so grateful she is the tech that got assigned to the job at my house today. As a woman, I really appreciated that another woman came to perform the job. She was solid in her work approach. She did a very thorough job and gave me detailed information that I needed about my system. Her presence alone just added something to the job. I will definitely be requesting her when it comes time to perform maintenance on my HVAC system. I highly recommend!
