John M was dispatched to simply replace batteries in an outdoor temperature sending unit. While here, he offered to do and inspection of my HVAC system. After completing the inspection, he very professionally explained his findings and offered recommendations. There was no pressure to do anything. He conducted himself in a professional manner and showed great respect to me,the customer, and to my home. Good job John. Bonney needs to keep this guy around.
