Genuinely Professional and Friendly Team 3/10/2018

This is a great service we subscribe to with Bonney. After they did a great job installing a new HVAC system, they come by twice a year to inspect and tune the system, for $90 a year. They were here for three hours, and the diagnosis was "it's running great!" Happy to hear that, but thoroughly impressed with their thoroughness and detail. Reuben and Douglas were very professional, trustworthy, and genuinely nice guys. They explained everything in a way that made sense, and didn't sound like a sales pitch. I'll ask for these guys specifically for future service. more

Trenchless sewer lateral 3/9/2018

I could not be more pleased with the quality of the project. The contract review was fluid; no pressure, all questions were answered in a manner that the average person with a high school education could understand. The installation of the materials was completed in the first day, site clean-up and restoration was completed the following day. The installation crew was friendly, and very careful not to disturb anything unnecessarily. more

Dustin H came out, researched my plumbing problem and gave great advice for the most cost effective solution. He installed quality fixtures and did a great job in a timely manner! Dustin was also quick and cooperative on follow up questions. Thank you Dustin & Bonney Plumbing. more

Kitchen Sink 3/5/2018

David was great, it was a Friday evening and he was the second company to come out. He was very informative, had everything we needed on the truck (new kitchen faucet), and was extremely patient while he redid everything my husband had done the night before. Thank you David! more

LCD Conversion 3/2/2018

Joe M. and Ryan H showed up promptly to convert 17 existing ceiling fixtures to LCD. They went about their job very professionally. Had a great deal of respect for the surroundings. Cleaned up, when finished, better then our housekeepers. Bonney needs to keep these guys! more

Heating Inspection by Ruben B 2/11/2018

Ruben was on time and very professional. He went over his report carefully and fully answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. Ruben was very knowledgeable and identified the reason why the house had so much dust. He identified a solution and gave me a fair estimate to remedy the problem which included upgrading my filter system. I was very pleased with the service I received from Ruben. more

Bonny's repair man- Joey- was very thorough, answering questions I had about our furnaces (2) and helping me explore places I can find new filters to replace old ones. Did not rush but stayed to answer any further questions- was polite and engaging, explaining his plan of attack and function. more

Bonney's Review 5/31/2017

I just recently purchased a heating and air conditioning unit and I must admit I'm not comfortable having people coming into my home. But this company called and gave the name of the person in charge. Three young men arrived on time ready to start work. They were extremely professional, polite,knowledgeable and very patient. They took the time to explain everything they were going to do and why. Alway asking if I had any questions. I highly recommend this company as well as the three young men.
