they did three jobs for us and two had problems. in one, a pipe separated at night and began flooding my basement. in another, they put in the wrong type of well pipe according ...

Ed was here today to install a new toilet in our master bathroom. He was on time, coureous and clean. We would highly recommend him to anyone who asks and should we need any work in the future we will definitely ask for him. more

Great job, Courteous service 6/27/2011

Ed came by on very short notice and was friendly and knowledgeably about my problem. He quickly began to take care of it and when a piece of equipment failed he attempted to fix it. When that didn't work he had a working system brought over. What would have been two service calls by any other plumber was taken care of in one because of his attention and interest in getting the job done well. It was his last call of the day and he could have easily packed it in but he didn't more

I am very impressed with the professionals at Ben Franklin Plumbing. I called them on a Monday evening and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. They arrived on the time for the appointment as scheduled. The plumber did a great of job of explaining the problem without pressuring me to make a decision. He told me the pros and cons of getting the work don. He was knowledgable and professional and even made suggestions as to some minor caulking that my husband could do himself. My overall experience with Ben Franklin was great. I would recommend this company to anyone I know. more

Ed Waterfall was the service plumber that came to my house today. He was polite, neat and very professional. He changed the garage faucet and the internal stems leading to shut off valve. Again great job and I would definitely recommend. more

Very professional 6/4/2011

To whom it may concern: When a service company receives correspondence from a paying customer, the reason is to complain about something. I wish to complement one of your service tech for the professional way in which he conducts himself and represents your company. We have had to use your service tech on two occasions in the past five months. Once for a blocked drain in the main bathroom and once for a blocked drain in the kitchen. Both repairers were done in a timely manner. On both occasions Ed pointed out to us that our present hot water heater was over 15 years of age. We had never considered replacing the water heater. As usual, if you dont have a problem you have nothing fixed. Because of Ed pointing out the age of the water heater we have considered having it replaced. Because of Ed Waterfalls concern and observation we will not have to be concerned about any plumbing problems in are household. With the fine service we have received from Ed. we have recommended your company to our family and friends in the event that they have a plumbing problem. Jerry did an excellent job for us this afternoon. He was punctual, professional and clearly explained what needed to be done. He also provided us with a couple options and corresponding prices. Ed did a great job. Was a hard worker and personable 5/26/2011

We had a cracked sewer line that needed to be repaired. Ed came out and was extremely professional. He worked his tail off in the heat and humidity today. He had to chisel out a part of our foundation but the concrete repair work he did looks just like the exsisting foundation. He also recommended the Ben Franklin Society which saved us money on the job after hearing that we had called on them 3 times in the past year. more

Excellent Service 5/26/2011

Ed did an excellent job first on Saturday with replacing valves and a leaking pipe and again today (Thursday) when he installed a new bathtub faucet. He explained everything in understandable terms what needed to be done, made good recommendations, was neat, courteous and friendly. I would gladly have him return if I ever needed more work done. more

Had an emergency on a Sunday with playdates galore all over our house. Ed was fabulous and so spot on with the issues at hand. Arrived ASAP and fixed the situation right away. Then when my husband noticed another issue, Ed was right on it. So nice and polite. He was very, very clean when working, and he was also very clean and well spoken as a professional, which I love. Plumbing problems with Shower and sink 5/21/2011

We were having problems with the shower in the bathroom. I called Ben Franklin spoke to a real person and set up a date and time for repairs. Ben Franklin called back and asked me if I wanted the repairs the same day I called, as they had some cancellations. I agreed and Ed came out fixed the problems. He also explained some products to use to clear up sluggish drains(Thanks Ed).Ben Franklin plumbing has the quickest response,the most knowledgable people and the cleanest Plumbers around.If you need a plumber call Ben Franklin they are the good guys. more

Professional,knowledgeable, personable, effiicient 5/20/2011

All work completed quickly and in a workman like manner. I really appreciated the use of shoe covers by the two plumbers to keep the dirt off my floors and rugs. Kudos to Jerry and Ed - Well Done ! more
