They were all Business...these are our prices, this is what it will cost...which I found a bit cold, especially since I was dealing with a situation (water in basement) that had left me frustrated, and feeling a bit on edge. I could have used a little reassurance to go with the somewhat costly price tag...if nothing else, to help remind me they had my back, this was taken care of, and there was no need to worry about water and a faulty pump again. Regardless, they came through when I needed them, so a big thank you for that.

I am so sorry to hear you felt we were less then caring when we were out to your home. It was never our intent. During this time, our plumbers were working around the clock to be available for those who needed us. I did question Ed, your plumber that day, and he did not realize he had behaved in that manner. He was concerned, since that was never his intent. I hope you will except our apologies, and if we can help in any way further, please don't hesitate to call.
