Ed came by on very short notice and was friendly and knowledgeably about my problem. He quickly began to take care of it and when a piece of equipment failed he attempted to fix it. When that didn't work he had a working system brought over. What would have been two service calls by any other plumber was taken care of in one because of his attention and interest in getting the job done well.
