I am very impressed with the professionals at Ben Franklin Plumbing. I called them on a Monday evening and made an appointment for Tuesday morning. They arrived on the time for the appointment as scheduled. The plumber did a great of job of explaining the problem without pressuring me to make a decision. He told me the pros and cons of getting the work don. He was knowledgable and professional and even made suggestions as to some minor caulking that my husband could do himself. My overall experience with Ben Franklin was great. I would recommend this company to anyone I know.
