they did three jobs for us and two had problems. in one, a pipe separated at night and began flooding my basement. in another, they put in the wrong type of well pipe according ...

Quick respose to a plumbing emergency. 5/18/2011

We had a plumbing emergency at 1am and a real person answered the phone who was able to arrange an appointment immediately. The work was done quickly and efficiently. Would definitely recommend. more

Our garbage disposal was not working, the drain was clogged and Ed Waterfall explained what needed to be done and replaced the disposal in no time unclogged the drain, was very neat and cleaned up everything when he was done. I highly recommmend Ben Franklin Plumbing. more

JOB WELL DONE 5/16/2011

Jerry did the work of installing a new 80 gallon well tank. To be honest, I was very concerned that he might injure himself as he unboxed the large tank, unloaded it from his truck and brought it down to my basement for installation. Notwithstanding my concern for his safety, I watched the entire installation and was pleased with his efficiency, neatness and knowledge. Jerry patiently & thoughtfully answered all my questions. more

Didn't have to worry one minute while they were working on the job! 5/10/2011

I am so pleased with my experience with Ben Franklin Plumbing. They were very punctual, ready to help with whatever our needs were, and were extremely helpful in making suggestions for our long-term situation. We were about to have a basement full of water from a leaking hot-water heater,and they were at our house within a half hour. I enjoyed my experience with not only the office staff, but with the team that came out as well. I will recommend this company to all my friends and family! more

Bathroom shower leak down to kitchen ceiling. 5/3/2011

Ed Waterfall was the plumber that showed up at my house yesterday. He quickly assessed my problem and told me what my options were. It turned out I had to have a small opening cut into the kitchen ceiling to find the leak from the bathroom above. He replaced a small section of pvc pipe. He was done in about an hour. I would definitely recommend Ed to any of my neighbors in need of a plumber. more

Extremely Happy 5/2/2011

Today we had a hot water heater installed, shower fauctes and our shower drain re-piped. Brian and Ed arrived early and completed the tasks promptly. The whole experience of Ben Franklin Plumbing is awesome, this was my first time dealing with them and I will use them again and most definetly recommend them. Thanks for the great experience. more

Plumbing work 4/27/2011

Ed came out to my home and quickly diagnosed and fixed a faulty valve connected to my refrigerator. In and out in about an hour. He even offered to help me take my trash out in the pouring rain. I would definitely recommend Ed and his team to anyone. more
