Excellent service, as always 6/25/2012

As has been our experience in the past, Ben Franklin plumbing is excellent. Today, Ed was right on time, courteous, and professional. Did a great job, even after looking at part of the tub drain and commenting "Never seen one like that before". (His supervisor said the same thing.) They got the job done, and even tested our well water. more

UV System Installation 6/11/2012

Jerry did an excellent job with the whole house UV water treatment system and some addiotinal plumbing work. They installed a high quality UV system for a reasonable price and their price was much lower than the competition who was going to install a lower quality system. I would highly recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing. more

JOE excellent and well informed and made the procces very easy 6/5/2012

joe showed up on time and got right to work. explaining everything he was doin as he worked. He helped quickly diagnose and fix problems even ones that suddenly appeared. Joe was professional and friendly. i am very happy with the work and will definatly recommend your company to anybody who askes...thanks ben franklin you were always my favorite philadelphian inventor and historian but who knew you were so good with pmming. more

Ed took care of the leaks in a neat, clean efficient manner 5/20/2012

Ed was excellent. 5/19/2012

Ed was excellent. He installed a washer valve shut on/off and metal hoses on Friday, 5/18/12. He checked with the office to make sure if I was enrolled in the discount program and I am. He also tried to see me water softener and new hot water heater, but I'm not ready at the time for either. He was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He cleaned up the area and wore the booties at all times. I would highly recommend him for any plumbing job. Marge Bradley more

Clogged Kitchen Drain 4/27/2012

Ed was very polite and professional. Explained in advance what was to be done, pricing etc. He even put on shoe covers to protect our floors and used floor mats for equipment. I would recommend your company anytime. Jim Vogel has done work for me in the past with great satisfaction. more

He worked very efficiently, explained all aspects of the problem, and how it could be fixed permanently. Ed was transparent with what needed to be done, and why, in a very friendly manner.
