When a service company receives correspondence from a paying customer, the reason is to complain about something.
I wish to complement one of your service tech for the professional way in which he conducts himself and represents your company.
We have had to use your service tech on two occasions in the past five months. Once for a blocked drain in the main bathroom and once for a blocked drain in the kitchen. Both repairers were done in a timely manner. On both occasions Ed pointed out to us that our present hot water heater was over 15 years of age. We had never considered replacing the water heater. As usual, if you dont have a problem you have nothing fixed. Because of Ed pointing out the age of the water heater we have considered having it replaced.
Because of Ed Waterfalls concern and observation we will not have to be concerned about any plumbing problems in are household.
With the fine service we have received from Ed. we have recommended your company to our family and friends in the event that they have a plumbing problem.
