Always a great experience. I have used your service I guess 3 times, all have been positive. I will say though, that to a certain extent I feel you take advantage of people in the emergency situation. I don't mind paying for the service, but when you charge $250 to take a toilet off and put it back on with a new seal, that is an unfair amount. That is probably the easiest and fastest thing to do. If I had known I would have put the toilet back on myself. $150 would have been fair. I hate feeling like I have been taken advantage of! It's just poor practice and doesn't say much for the integrity of a company.
