New hot water heater 10/23/2012

Discovered hot water heater leaking. Called and spoke to Karen who sent Jim to turn off valve (which I could not do) Jerry and Randy came a short time later, removed old tank and installed a new one. Work was done professionally, clean and neat. Have used Benjamin Franklin in the past and will continue to call them and recommend them to others. more

The kind of people every homeowner should know about 10/20/2012

I've used Ben Frankling plumbing 5 or 6 times in the past 2 years for jobs large and small. Honestly, the reason I chose them originally was because they were close by and able to come out within 24-hours when I had no water to the entire house. The reason I keep coming back is because of their exceptional service. I've been pleased every time I've called them, and they have helped me out with some serious problems. When the near-hurricane storm hit my area I lost all water, and despite fielding calls all day they still came by at 7:30pm and stayed till nearly 9pm to fix my issues. That's the kind of committment to customers that seems rare these days and one of many reason I won't use anyone else. more

Water service and sewer pipe fixed 10/19/2012

John Monaghan was here to fix a water service problem and before he left he noticed we also had a sewer pipe problem. Through it all he was extremely courteous and well informed . He took time to explain what exactly were the problems and how they would be fixed. I have already recommended John and this Ben Franklin company to several neighbors! more

Sink Leak, Toliet wouldn't stop running water 10/17/2012

Plumber did a fantastic job diagnosing and fixing the multiple problems. Fast, curteous and trustworthy! We've used BF at least 8 times and have always been extremely pleased with personnel and quality of work. more

Fixd pin hole leak in copper pipe 10/3/2012

We had a need for a plumber to fix a hole in copper piping in basement and we call Benjamin Franklin because we had seen them in the neighborhood. Our technician Ed was punctual and professional, finished in the time he saod he would and let us know exactly what happened how he would fix it and gave us recommendations for next steps. Overall a great experience and would recommend them to our friends and neighbors more

Clogged Sink 9/29/2012

Amazing Service 9/23/2012

Woke up to a 1/2 inch of water covering our kitchen floor and more covering our countertops- drain had clogged over night & neighbors above us kept using water. Called Ben Franklin, technician showed up about 90 minutes later, in half the time estimated! He was extremely courteous and professional, took care of the problem and even cleaned up some of the mess that happened from the clog! He definitely exceeded my expectations. more

I had a blocked tub drain and needed emergency service as it was a Saturday. The plumber fixed the problem and also did a few preventive adjustments with the faucets. The cost was below my expectation. more

I have been a customer for a number of years. Having worked in the trades myself, I can attest to the quality of their technicians. 1st rate people doing a 1st rate job. Add that to their committement to customer service and they get my call everytime. Big job, small job, new work or emergency repair, you always know where you will come out. Will only use Benjamin Franklin Plumbing 9/6/2012

I had an old triple handle shower that needed to be converted because I was having to replace the washers every two months. Had many companies out saying I had to rip out the wall to fix it. Had Jerry out and he showed us a new single handle shower that would fix it without having to cut through a wall. Saved us thousands of dollars. Then yesterday found a leak in the heater closet Jerry came out on time and fixed it in no time. Will never use anyone else. more
