I felt quite comfortable with Ed's initial assessment and I feel 'plumbing safe' now..
On the inspection visit, Ed heard my concerns and assured me that he would take care of them... He did.
I did not feel the necessity to 'oversee'; I felt comfortable that the work would be done properly. It was.
I will request Ed Waterfall ( or Trevor Abernathy ) again if needed; Trevor also was a GREAT help to me on an earlier visit!
