We found that out hot water heater was starting to leak, and went to Lowe's to buy and new one and try to save some money. What a MISTAKE! Lowe's, did send out someone to install the new water heater the very next day as they said they would, but when the installer arrived at our home he said that he could not take out the old heater and put the new one in as he needed another person with him that he did not have. After making a call to Lowe's to try and get this rectified with no luck, we called Ben Franklin Pluming, which we should have called in the first place as we have used them for many other jobs, and always had a good experience. Well, When Ed W. came out and saw that it was going to be a two man job he immediately called his office to get some help. When the second guy arrived they got right down to removing the old water heater and installing the new one. Yes, it was more involved than we originally thought, but it was done quickly and efficiently. It was also considerably more expensive than the Lowe's Bargain installation, but when you see how it is done correctly by a professional you don't for bargains again. Thank you Ed for taking great care of our hot water dilemma.
