As their slogan states they are the punctual plumber! Was told that someone would stop by between 9am and 12pm, I received a call beforehand notifying me of estimated arrival and Ed showed up promptly at 9am. He was very knowledgeable, tidy (wore shoe covers and laid down protective covering on the carpet), very professional, and an all around great guy. The hot water replacement went smoothly even with the complications from the incredibly hard water and sediment buildup. Would definitely recommend Ben Franklin Plumbing to anyone in need of plumbing services.
