Creepy 11/6/2013

I'm not confident or comfortable with your service dept. I don't understand the whole vehicle inspection process when I first check in. Frankly speaking, it seems a bit creepy to me.....and not at all professional. I come to you guys because the initial oil changes are no charge but once those are used up I'll go some place else. You can thank your check in process and processor for that! more

My maintenance was due on my car, so I called for my appt. The service rep., explained the different levels of service for each types of maintenance and costs and suggested which would be best. Also I told him that I ran over something I'm the road, so he checked that also and found out what the problem was. My service rep was very nice, and explained everything to me. The work was done in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable. more
