I was overall very pleased with the work done. There were other damages that prolonged the process but that is just how it works out sometimes. There was one item that could have been handled better but overall I am satisfied with the service. more

Stress Free Accident Repair! 4/2/2014

This is the first time my car has been in an accident where I had no stress! The team at Bay Automotive was extremely helpful, informative and quick to get the repairs done. WAITING AREA 3/18/2014

I would like to see the waiting area be more comfortable with a television to look at while waiting for your automobile and also the waiting area a bigger place as is the other Bay Chevrolet waiting area in the service dept. more

Don't let them work on your Saab! 3/14/2014

Took my Saab in for an alarm problem and to get a replacement for a broken key. Two days later I learned they just got the analyzer for the alarm system - they did not have it when I dropped off the car. They also called to tell me the remote portion of the key I left with them did not work. End. Result - 4 days and $106 later - nothing fixed. They did bypass the alarm siren so when the alarm goes off it is silent. more
