Overall I didn't have a bad experience with Bay Kia, I'll first state that. However, the service rep that I dealt with needs some serious help with communication skills. It was difficult to understand him. As a woman, I don't necessarily understand the terminology and I feel as though he should have made an attempt to make me feel more comfortable in this process. He didn't speak clearly on the telephone and became agitated when I asked for clarification. In the end, Bay Kia is not a bad place, just make sure you bring someone familiar with vehicle terminology.
