Friendly customer service 1/25/2014

I went in for my free oil change, and the staff notified me that I had an HVAC upgrade and they did it on the spot also. Great customer service and very friendly. I have zero complaints and dozens of praise, thanks guys. more

Costumer service is good but the financing took a little longer than we had planned. 5 hrs to be exact. Had to put a few grand down but left the lot with a new 2014 vehicle! more

Great Place 1/23/2014

Very warm and friendly place. Not scared to speak to the customer in fear of losing their job. Parts Dept. was also friendly as service was. I just can't stress how great of an experience this was to me. My 3rd visit to the Parts and 1st to the service dept. more

Saved me a boat load of money!!!!!!!!!! 1/14/2014

I was having issues with my emergency brake light on the dash and the brake itself would shake when i touched it. I thought that the entire emergency brake had to be replace. However when they did the inspection of the car they found a dime and a penny wedged in the emergency brake...( I no I no)... Any way that could have cost me a lot of money if they repaired it without checking first. more

Early bird drop off and communication 1/10/2014

Great service staff. Only issue I had after getting home was finding one screw for the air filter housing not screwed in, the cowl was not snapped tight after service for cabin filter, and finding oil residue running down driver side headlight and oil residue on the engine cover from oil change. Please double check your car before leaving to ensure the work is completed and cleaned. more

service dept kept me in the loop on what was going on with my car. 1/8/2014

Service staff is amazing way better than the old staff a year or so ago. They informed me of the update to my car that needed to be done and made sure that every thing was done right and in a timely manor since they knew i had my 2 kids with me. more
