I'm not confident or comfortable with your service dept. I don't understand the whole vehicle inspection process when I first check in. Frankly speaking, it seems a bit creepy to me.....and not at all professional. I come to you guys because the initial oil changes are no charge but once those are used up I'll go some place else. You can thank your check in process and processor for that!
