My maintenance was due on my car, so I called for my appt. The service rep., explained the different levels of service for each types of maintenance and costs and suggested which would be best. Also I told him that I ran over something I'm the road, so he checked that also and found out what the problem was. My service rep was very nice, and explained everything to me. The work was done in a timely manner, and the cost was reasonable.
