When the unit was picked up I explained to the two individuals that the one cord plugged into the electrical outlet seemed to have started a small electrical fire. The three-pronged plug had one of the prongs melted into the extension cord. As such the unit stopped working and we lost several hours of play in the bouncy castle. The driver mentioned the he would have his Manager call me and I never received a call. Very disappointed in the lack of follow-up on a unit malfuntion.

Hi Laurie, I'm so sorry to hear of the issue you had with your rental. Whenever our blowers are plugged into a power source, they cannot be in the "on" position under any circumstances. They draw a lot of power when initially turned on, so plugging in an "on" blower, creates an arc which can spark a small fire at the outlet. NOT GOOD, which is why we thoroughly train our drivers concerning this. We also train our drivers to refer customers to our 800 number if there is ever an issue. Under no circumstances should he/she tell a customer that we will give them a call- because we have no way of knowing! We would love to make up your hours for you.
