I think the prices should be lower and the i ordered had strings that didnt tie well to the fan..

Hi Jenny, I'm sorry to hear that you were less than satisfied with our pricing and product. We have very competitive pricing, and you can even find further discounts online for our company. If you're on our mailing list, you will get discount offers about once a month. The straps we use to attach the blower to the air tube are 1" heavy duty polypropylene straps with a metal alligator clip. We instruct our drivers to use two of the straps with the blower, and to be sure the clips are in good shape and don't slip. We have followed up with your delivery driver to ensure avoiding future issues. Thank you for using us and for taking the time to bring your concerns to our attention.
