Great First Experience with Appleton Campbell - Thanks to Chris! 7/29/2016

29 July 2016 - After much careful thought and research, I hired Appleton Campbell to repair and ultimately replace my 14 year old HVAC system in my home. Previously I had used a few HVAC companies from our area that provided inconsistent service and was ready to try someone new. I was really impressed by the level of service that I received today. Chris came out to my house and inspected my ailing AC unit, which had failed the night before. He was very courteous, kind and professional. He explained all of my options from a simple repair to updating my system. He explained the pros and cons of each choice very thoroughly. He also was patient and willing to talk with my husband [overseas] via Skype about the problem and possible solutions. Chris explained all the costs, labor and inclusions. He answered all of my questions. We were happy to discover that Appleton Campbell offers a military discount as well. I was very pleased that I was treated as a valued customer and that the choice to repair or upgrade was left totally up to me. After weighing all possibilities we decided to have a new HVAC system installed. Chris installed temporary measures to ensure that we would have AC for the next 6 days until they could return to install the new system. He also serviced my upstairs unit while he was here. Based upon this service call, I am confident that we are in good hands. I am looking forward to next week's installation of my new HVAC system. more

A/C Repair 7/6/2016

Our AC stopped working and Appleton Campbell was able to get us an appointment within 48 hours. While making the repair, they were able to show where a previous company had used the wrong part on a similar repair, which could have led to bigger issues later. Additionally, the technician was able to service our second unit and made recommendations for maintenance and service. more

Emergency replacement pressure regulator valve/replace damaged shower cartridge 5/11/2016

In response to a late day plumbing emergency, Danilo came by shortly after our call. He quickly diagnosed the problem(s) and provided us with a range of options that in the end saved us over $700. On the next business day, office personnel took the necessary actions to squeeze us in and Jeremiah and Daniel came by at mid day to replace the failed units. Everything was back in working order in just under 2 hours. We've used appleton campbell's services for several years now and have never been disappointed. Office staff and technicians have always been courteous and professional and we will continue to use them for our hvac requirements. more
