Great Installation and Services 10/3/2015

We were loaned window A C units until our heat pump was installed. Not many companies take care of their customers like that. The heat pump was installed very quickly and is running smoothly. Thank You Appleton & Campbell! more

Outstanding 9/29/2015

When my wife and I purchased our new home they where contracted to replace the heat pump and air handler. The guys that did the work were superb, courteous and professional. After a year and a half with no problems the system stopped cooling correctly. I called them at 7:30pm on a Saturday, they had a man out here by 8pm that night. He fixed our problem quickly (condensate line was blocked) and advised us that we really should have a pump installed to meet the demand. After calling the manager Dave and explaining to him that we felt this should have been done with the original installation, he informed us that it would be done for free. I didn't even get a chance to use my angry voice. They came out the next week and did the work that would have cost an extra $900 at the time of install, for free. They obliviously care about customer service. All companies make mistakes, after all they have Humans working for them. The difference with Appleton Campbell is they make it right, they get it. Their people are first rate I would recommend them to anyone. more

  • Appleton Campbell was founded in 1976 by the current President's grandfather, Jim Appleton. It is family owned and operated with a strong focus on employee, community and customer relations. The company holds a Class A license with masters in Plumbing, HVAC, Gas Fitter and Electrical as well as certified geothermal design and install. The technicians receive paid training for both technical knowledge and customer service. The service technicians work on flat rate pricing which means they quote the jobs upfront and get approval prior to starting the work. Customers do not have pricing surprises at the end of the job, do not pay for a slower technician, and do not have to pay any additional charges for parts to be delivered to their home. Appleton Campbell has a strong code of ethics and operates with Honesty, Integrity and Experience. After over 30 years in business, the company had its first IRS audit and was proud to announce that no changes to the tax return were required.
