Our AC stopped working and Appleton Campbell was able to get us an appointment within 48 hours. While making the repair, they were able to show where a previous company had used the wrong part on a similar repair, which could have led to bigger issues later.
Additionally, the technician was able to service our second unit and made recommendations for maintenance and service.
