GREAT WORK - Mike Appleton and Renee ? 1/5/2016

I recently had a well emergency...no water! I made the call to Appleton-Campbell and within minutes the VERY effiecient and friendly receptionist, Renne, dispatched a Service Tech out to my home. The Technician, Mike Appleton, quickly diagnosed and showed me the issue. He patiently explained, in easily understandable detail, what it would take to fix the problem and cost, which I found to be reasonable. On the following day, Mike was out early and spent all day working my pump issue. He and his assistant quickly solved my issue. I called Appleton-Campbell with no experience with their service and reputation...blind call. I'm VERY happy I called them and will call them again without hesitation if I require further plumbing or electrical needs. Thanks again to Renee for professionally representing the company on the phone and Mike for his quality workmanship. more

When I made the call for service I was expecting sometime after the New Year. This company sent out a technician the same afternoon. When Chris arrived I explained to him the problem thinking it was just a stuck thermostat. He said he would check out the system. He informed me that a part was restricting the flow of Freon from the furnace to the compressor. He showed me and then told me my options. I verified everything he said with my HVAC brother-in-law in Chicago. Two days later, on Christmas Eve day, the installers, Mike, Danny and Paul arrived to install a new heat pump. These three men worked like a well oiled machine, in the rain, and had the job completed in just over six hours. Thanks for your professional work. Now all I need is some cold weather to test out the system. more
