I recently had a well emergency...no water! I made the call to Appleton-Campbell and within minutes the VERY effiecient and friendly receptionist, Renne, dispatched a Service Tech out to my home. The Technician, Mike Appleton, quickly diagnosed and showed me the issue. He patiently explained, in easily understandable detail, what it would take to fix the problem and cost, which I found to be reasonable. On the following day, Mike was out early and spent all day working my pump issue. He and his assistant quickly solved my issue. I called Appleton-Campbell with no experience with their service and reputation...blind call. I'm VERY happy I called them and will call them again without hesitation if I require further plumbing or electrical needs.
